Cut out the figures on photoshop and place them in a strange area, not usual for the royals to be in or place them in a typical royal area but edit it to make it look the picture was shot there.
BRIGHTER
I simply made this image brighter and sharper, really brings out the colours.
CONTE CRAYON
Just playing around with different effects, i quite like this one, i could change the lighting to make it look more vintage.
COOLING FILTER
I added a cooling filter to this image, just since there was alot of blues, whites etc in the original image.
PAINT DAUBS
This effect makes everything look really smooth, makes the figures appear like waxworks, maybe another idea?

i really like the black and white one, we could increase the grain effect to make it look older but i really like the idea of the graffiti background if when were out and about and see any capture it and use it :)
