Final something old image with red added into the colour palette, we thought that the previous edit was too similar to the something new palette.

Styling on the shoot..

I made this inspiration board for the styling on the shoot. It focusses on the classic blue dress, beautiful head dresses, prints, materials and the way that the styles fall on the figure. The materials are silks and chiffon and give a floaty princess image. The styles this mood board relate to are the blue hat image, the silk blue dress and the printed dress.

Each image was styled according to the ideas and inspiration we had. I think it fits in well with our initial research. We style each image with the sweetie accessories that complemented our idea perfectly!

This is a mood board I created for the riding look. This look was completely different to the previous styling. The materials were much more harsh and stiff. Materials like rubber and tweed were very prominent on this image. The shoot had to still be very smart and following the royal theme, as well as being casual wear.

We added the neck scarf to keep along the royal silky theme. And again accessorised with the sweets and props!

I made this inspiration page to put in the powerpoint showing where we got our ideas from.

This is my own moodboard of the make up. One of the slides that could be put into the powerpoint, i have focused on the royal blue pallet, from the infamous blue dress and then i have shown this pallet through the make up and some of the photography i have found. i have also incorparated some of the sweets and cakes into the images.

Shoot Preparation.

A selection of the props collected for the photoshoot, lots of sweets to fill things and make the "sweety jewellery" and some decorative items to create a royal dressing table look.

Filling up decorative cups and saucers for a "royal wedding meets alice in wonderland" feel and a quirky twist to your standard cup of english tea.

The making of the Royal Meringue crown using lots of super glue, marshmallows and lollipops

Again, Filling up Royal looking crockery with boiled sweets and love hearts.

Adding all the colours from the image.. including the sweets?

Just the basic colours in the dress with the colour lines descending?

Have the model placed in front of the colour palette and graphic sweets? Or the same style without the graphic sweets but with the plain white side?

In each image the crown is posterized, it brightens it up and gives it a slight cartoon effect, it is quite subtle in these but we could make it more noticeable if that is the direction we want to go in?
